Passe is a free, browser-based screenshot annotation tool provided by Allumettes Studio. By using Passe, you agree to these terms.
As-is, no warranty
Passe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind — express or implied. Allumettes Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Passe, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
You own your screenshots
All content you create with Passe — screenshots, callouts, annotations, notes, and exports — belongs to you. Passe does not claim any rights to your content. Because nothing is uploaded, your content never passes through our infrastructure.
You're responsible for what you screenshot
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture, annotate, and share any content you process with Passe. This includes respecting copyright, confidentiality agreements, and your organization's policies on screen capture. Allumettes Studio is not responsible for how you use the tool.
No accounts, no data
Passe does not require an account and does not collect personal data. There is no sign-up, no login, and no tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Since Passe has no accounts, we have no way to notify you directly — check back occasionally if it matters to you.
